You may contact us at SPS Apollo Hospital either through our website or by using our phone service to discuss, in complete confidence, the medical procedures you are interested in. We will then provide you with comprehensive information about the treatment and the physicians that will perform it together, after completion of a brief medical history form we will give you an approximate price for your procedure.

Before making your decision to travel you may wish to learn more about the procedure / surgery or indeed have any particular questions or concerns. We will be happy to forward them to our doctors to answer and reply to you. Also, you are most welcome to speak directly with our doctors (either by phone or email) we will facilitate all this for you by giving you all their contact details. Furthermore, we are happy to arrange for you to speak with any number of our patients who have undergone treatment at our hospitals in India. we have the facilities of Telemedicine and Teleconferencing 
 

Once you are happy with all the consultations we will inform you of your hospital admissions date. Note we request NO up-front deposits, payments or fees for your surgery you simply pay our hospital on admission. Payment can be made in cash , by bank transfer or any debit / credit card. Furthermore, be rest assured you are NOT charged any extra for our services.
 

On arrival in India you will meet our staff who will chauffeur you to the hospital. On admission you will meet our consultant who will guide you through a comprehensive health assessment (including where required, MRI Scans, X-rays, blood tests etc.) before confirming a date for your procedure / surgery. The consultant will explain to you in detail all about your procedure / surgery and give you ample opportunity to ask questions.
 

After surgery you will be given plenty of time for recovery, as instructed by your Surgeon since the first few days after surgery are the most important to get adequate rest. The Surgeon will visit you frequently to check your general condition and ensure you are healing well. 
 

Before you are discharged from the hospital the doctor and his Team will ensure you are fit and ready to travel. They will also provide you with comprehensive notes including scans, reports and CD's of the procedure / surgery undertaken to pass onto your GP / Hospital Consultant back home for efficient and seamless follow ups. You will be chauffeured to the hotel or airport.
